EMPHN Practice Reports

Our Digital Enablement and General Practice teams have collaborated with Practice Managers to develop reports that are useful and informative, with greater capabilities for general practices.

The EMPHN Practice Report

We’re excited to introduce the new and improved EMPHN Practice Reports, designed for General Practice to be easily digestible and user friendly.

EMPHN provides this report as a snapshot of your general practice data to enable you to focus on patient care and opportunities for improvement. The report includes Clinical, Business, Data Quality, Quality Improvement, Hospitalisation risk, MyMedicare, Accreditation, Benchmarking and more.

This report can be utilised by general practices in several ways, including improving patient management, data monitoring to track progress, and to meet business requirements such as Practice Incentives Program Quality Improvement (PIP QI).

This new report is now available for all practices who have POLAR installed and will be distributed quarterly at the start of the new PIP Quarters. Additional reports are available on request.

MBS Opportunity Report

We have developed Medicare Benefit Scheme (MBS) Opportunity Reports in addition to the Practice Reports. This new one-page MBS Opportunity Report provides a financial overview of actual claims based on MBS rebate amounts for Chronic Disease Items and Preventative Health Assessments, specific to your practice. EMPHN provides this report to maximise proactive patient care and support ongoing practice sustainability.

The MBS Opportunity report is now available for all practices who have POLAR installed. The report is available upon request due to the sensitivity of the information. These reports can be sent out monthly or quarterly, as desired.
