Who we are

Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) is one of the major commissioners of Commonwealth-funded health care services in Melbourne, with responsibility for improving the primary healthcare system. We do this by facilitating health system improvements for people in eastern and north-eastern Melbourne.

At EMPHN, our vision is to help to achieve better health outcomes, better health experiences and an integrated health care system.

In December 2018, EMPHN achieved full certification to an international standard for ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
