Allied Health Breakfast
Allied health providers joined EMPHN for a breakfast discussion exploring insights from the recent Allied Health Survey completed by professionals across the EMPHN catchment.
Through facilitated table conversations, participants shared practical perspectives on:
- Strengthening partnerships
- Improving collaboration with general practice
- Navigating system pressures affecting allied health
The feedback gathered will directly inform EMPHN’s Allied Health Engagement Plan and guide future priorities to better support the allied health workforce.
Residential Aged Care Collaborative Breakfasts
EMPHN gathered general practitioners, aged care providers, and key system partners for a series of in-person Aged Care Collaborative Sessions. These interactive co‑design workshops focused on:
- Strengthening partnerships
- Improving coordination of care
- Shaping a future Aged Care Community of Practice (CoP)
The multidisciplinary mix of participants enabled meaningful discussion and a shared understanding of how services can better work together to support older people.
Building on this momentum, EMPHN is establishing regional, quarterly virtual CoPs for aged care.
