Croydon Medical Centre is a reputable and well-established general practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centred healthcare. For nearly 14 years, our compassionate and professional team—comprising doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and allied health practitioners has proudly served the local community with comprehensive, high-quality care.

We are now seeking a motivated and experienced nurse (RN) or (EN) to join our supportive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of our dynamic clinical team, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

– Providing high-quality nursing support within the general practice setting
– Assisting doctors with medical procedures and minor surgeries
– Performing and overseeing wound care and dressings
– Administering vaccinations and immunisations for both children and adults
– Conducting iron infusions and monitoring patient response
– Supporting chronic disease management, including care plans and health assessments
– Coordinating infection control and cold chain management
– Contributing to a positive team environment and continuous quality improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

– Current AHPRA registration
– Demonstrated experience in general practice or primary care nursing (preferred)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisation and time management abilities
– A warm, empathetic, and professional approach to patient care
– Competency with Best Practice (desirable)
