Croydon has an established patient base and strong recent growth, with existing GPs approaching full books. Local families and working-age patients value consistent, relationship-based care, creating scope across preventative health, chronic disease, mental health, family medicine, women’s health and men’s health.

You will not be expected to establish yourself without support. Nursing, reception, administration and management teams are already in place, alongside technology, marketing, patient communications and rebooking processes that help you develop your practice.

The predominantly private-billing model supports stronger earning potential without making higher patient volume the only answer. You retain clinical control, can contribute ideas and develop services around your strengths. Comfortable consulting rooms and onsite pathology support a practical working day.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with days and sessions open to discussion. You are welcome to visit, meet the team and, where appropriate, speak with an existing independent GP.
