Help us identify areas of improvement with the existing offering to deliver better patient care within General Practice.
Following on from stakeholder consultations in 2022, and a feasibility study in 2023, the National PHN Cooperative are seeking to learn more about GP user needs and expectations of a clinical assessment and referral pathways platform, both currently and into the future.
This project proposes to identify areas of improvement with the existing offering to deliver better patient care within general practice.
The PHN collaborative has partnered with The Behaviour Change Collaborative to conduct this research, which will be carried out in two phases to gather valuable insights from general practitioners.
Phase one will involve paid one-on-one interviews and focus groups with our market research partner, to help gain deeper insights into GPs individual experiences, attitudes and expectations as they relate to the existing system and any potential future solutions. GPs can opt-in to these interviews by completing the short screening questions linked below. All participants will be paid for their time.
Phase two involves a more detailed, quantitative survey of GPs, to collect responses from a diverse range of geographies, demographics and user profiles across all PHNs in Australia. Participation is crucial to ensure that the perspective of those working within our PHN are suitably represented. Of most interest is feedback from GPs who are not currently involved in the maintenance and development of an existing solution.
