Following the release of the RACGP Standards for general practices (6th edition), general practices can now access additional webinars and resources to learn more about the updated Standards and what they mean for practice.
The sixth edition provides an updated framework to support safe, high-quality and continuously improving patient care, with changes across areas including clinical governance, patient participation, workforce wellbeing, digital health, artificial intelligence (AI), environmental sustainability and continuous quality improvement.
While implementation arrangements are still being finalised, practices are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the updated Standards and consider how the changes may apply within their practice.
