Key updates to GPACI Guidelines
The updated General Practice in Aged Care Incentive Guidelines 2024 are now available. These provide crucial information on eligibility, responsibilities, and incentives. Updated guidelines here.
Stay informed on Patient Registrations
- Updating Responsible Providers: For guidance on updating start and end dates for Responsible Providers, refer to slide 28 of the Managing Patient Registrations module.
- HPOS notifications: Practices and Preferred GPs receive HPOS alerts when a patient’s registration is withdrawn, along with daily activity summaries. If you suspect registration without consent, report this to the Department of Health and Aged Care. Learn more here.
