About the summit
The theme for this year is ‘Every Voice Counts: Collaborative approaches to palliative care’. A range of speakers from the disability, First Nations, aged care and dementia sectors will deliver a multi-stream, comprehensive day of interactive learning.

- Where: CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park.
- Host: Palliative Care Victoria (PCV) — the Victorian peak body for palliative and end‑of‑life care.

- EMPHN is covering registration fees for up to 10 primary care professionals working in our catchment.
Who is eligible
This opportunity is open to people who:
- Are currently employed within the Eastern Melbourne PHN catchment area, (see our catchment map here).
- Work in primary care, palliative care, aged care, disability services, allied health, nursing, medicine, or care roles related to end of life care.
- Be working in a role or service that aligns with one or more of the key focus areas of the PCV Summit 2026, including:
- Disability
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (First Nations) health and community care
- Aged care
- Dementia care
Places are strictly limited to ten (10) scholarships and will be awarded on a first eligible, first assessed basis.
