Thank you to everyone who has already shared their thoughts by completing EMPHN’s General Practice Needs Survey.

To hear from as many GPs as possible, we’ve extended the survey closing date to late January 2026.

General practitioner feedback is critical in shaping how EMPHN supports general practice now and into the future.

Previous survey feedback has helped EMPHN develop new programs such as Clinical Insights – data driven clinical reports, Link-me+ – an innovative model of mental health care management and CareSynergy – an approach to improve GP and hospital integration. This survey is your opportunity to help guide what support and initiatives come next.
