A new way to earn Measuring Outcomes CPD Hours
This mini audit is part of the Clinical Insights Pilot Program which is designed in partnership with EMPHN, Monash University and Outcome Health.
This activity focuses on improving secondary cardiovascular disease prevention through evidence-based guidelines. By reviewing audit data, participating GPs will identify gaps in treatment adherence, compare their practices against peers, and implement actionable changes.

Why participate?
Stroke occurs every 11 minutes in Australia1, but secondary prevention remains under-utilised – only 27% of stroke patients receive recommended treatments. This activity aims to bridge the gap, improving care and outcomes for high-risk patients2.
