Palliative Care Australia
Tuesday 17th March @ 8:00 am – Wednesday 18th March @ 5:00 pm
The Palliative Care in Aged Care Forum is a landmark national event dedicated to strengthening the delivery of high-quality, compassionate palliative care within aged care settings.
Dates: 17-18 March 2026
Venue: Crown Conference Centre, Naarm/Melbourne
Taking place at a time of significant reform and renewed national focus, the forum brings together professionals from across aged care, health, and policy to shape the future of care for older Australians.
Over two days, delegates will hear from leading experts and practitioners, explore practical strategies for embedding palliative care into aged care frameworks, and discuss ways to strengthen workforce capability and ensure person-centred, dignified care at every stage.
Through keynote presentations, interactive discussions, and real-world case studies, the forum fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the sector.
Join us to gain valuable insights, build meaningful connections, and contribute to this important national conversation on improving end-of-life care for older Australians.
