This free introductory seminar is for public sector staff who collect, disclose or hold health information at agencies or health services in Victoria. The session will provide an overview of Victorian legislation.

Health Complaints Commissioner staff will go through organisational responsibilities and the Act’s health privacy principles using case studies, group discussions and a Q&A.
