Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) is changing the way Youth Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services are funded and delivered across the region.
As part of this work, the Youth Projects YNOT program is no longer accepting referrals and will conclude on 30 June 2026. This decision sits within a broader redesign of Youth AOD services to support a more integrated, sustainable and connected system of care for young people.
We understand that service changes can raise questions or concerns within the community. This work has been carefully planned to ensure that young people continue to have access to appropriate supports through other Youth AOD and wellbeing services across the EMPHN catchment.
Public funding remains committed to supporting young people. Resources previously allocated to YNOT continue to be invested in services that address similar needs, helping to strengthen the overall service system.
