Allied health professionals across the EMPHN catchment have access to powerful resources and tools designed to support and enhance their work – the newly launched Allied Health Practice Engagement Toolkit and the My Health Record system.
Developed as part of the National PHN Allied Health in Primary Care Engagement Framework, the toolkit offers practical guidance across six key areas, from navigating the healthcare system to improving patient safety and accessing funding opportunities.
Complementing this resource, My Health Record provides secure access to a patient’s comprehensive health information, enabling more informed decision-making, better care coordination, and improved efficiency across care settings.
