Final reminder: Create your individual HealthPathways account before 13 January 2025

From 13 January 2025, you will need a personalised account to access HealthPathways Melbourne.

To ensure there are no interruptions to site access from next week, create a new, free personalised account now.

Here’s what each user at your clinic needs to do: 

1. Head to the yellow banner at the top of the HealthPathways Melbourne homepage and get started. 

2. Click on sign in or register to create an account. 

3. Click on Register.
   • Enter your username or email
   • Create a minimum eight-character password. 

4. Fill in the registration form, providing:
   • The name of the practice.
   • The postcode of same.
   • The user’s role. 
   • The user’s professional registration number, if relevant. (If not, enter ‘N/A’.)
   • The registering body, such as APHRA. (If not pertinent, enter ‘N/A’.)
   • Request access to HealthPathways Melbourne.
   • When the registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming the new account. It will contain an access link.
