EMPHN POLAR Practice Report Update – PIP Q3 2024

As we have now finished Quarter 3, we will be emailing the EMPHN POLAR Practice Report to each of the POLAR users who have ticked the Practice Report box to receive the report. If you would like assistance to receive the report, feel free to contact us at digital.health@emphn.org.au.

To receive the EMPHN POLAR report follow the steps below:

Log into POLAR (a POLAR administrator will need to log in to perform the below actions)

1. Select My Site.
2. Select User Accounts.
3. Click once on the required user’s name.
4. Select the Mailed Reports tab and ensure that the box in the Practice Report row is ticked
5. This user will now receive the quarterly EMPHN Practice Report to the email address entered in their User Details.
6. To check the email address entered in the User Details, double click on the user’s name.
7. Check the email address entered in the User Details section and update if necessary.
8. Click the Save Account button if any changes were made or click either the Cancel or Save Account button if no changes were made.
