Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) is pleased to announce an upcoming request for tender (RFT) for the provision of its managed IT services.
- The RFT will be released at 2pm Tuesday 19 August 2025.
- RFT submissions will close at 2pm on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
Eligibility
To be considered for this opportunity, respondents must:
- be an Australian company, with an ABN and Australian office
- hold current ISO 27001: 2022 certification
- hold current ISO/IEC 20001 certification
- be a certified Microsoft Gold Partner
- employ a minimum of 30 FTE helpdesk support / technical staff
Tender documentation and process
EMPHN will use eProcure as its portal for this RFT opportunity. To apply, interested providers must be registered for eProcure. Once registered, you will receive email notifications when you register your interest in a tender published on eProcure.
Market briefing
EMPHN will hold a market briefing session at 3pm on Thursday 21 August 2025, following the RFT release. The briefing will be held via Zoom. Communication and enquiries
Interested providers will be able to ask questions in writing via eProcure once the RFT opens. Questions will also be accepted during the market briefing session.
