Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Start Date: Beginning of Dec 2025

We are a friendly and professional 6 GP clinic committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community. We are seeking a reliable and well-organised medical receptionist to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity.

Position Details:
Current shifts available:
• Monday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (fortnightly)
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating roster one Saturday a month) Additional hours may be offered to cover leave or busy periods.
• Experience as a medical receptionist (preferred)
• Familiarity with Pracsoft and Medical Director software (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
