Work closely with general practices and allied health providers to implement best practices and support integration between care teams, with a focus on the primary healthcare sector. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with General Practices to provide support, facilitate change, and drive quality improvement activities.
  • Promote the adoption of digital health initiatives such as telehealth, secure messaging, and electronic prescribing.
  • Foster partnerships within the healthcare system to improve integrated care and support across general practices and allied health providers.
  • Develop and implement tailored engagement and support models to ensure the delivery of locally relevant and efficient healthcare services.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and education to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in primary health, general practice, digital health, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in change management, project management, or quality improvement within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital health technologies and healthcare systems in Australia is desirable.
