About the Company

EMPHN improves health outcomes across Melbourne’s east and northeast, with a focus on supporting those most at risk. Funded by the Australian Government, it ensures people receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you’ll take ownership of the Procurement and Contract Management (PCM) function. This hands-on role will see you:

  • Deliver system, policy, and process uplift
  • Embed a value-for-money framework
  • Oversee supplier performance and contract lifecycle management
  • Manage commercial negotiations
  • Build capability and lead through change

About You

You’re a seasoned professional with experience managing procurement and contract management. A people-first leader with a passion for PCM, you bring:

  • Strong commercial and technical acumen
  • Proven people management and leadership capability
  • Solid business partnering and senior stakeholder engagement
  • A track record of improving performance, efficiency, and culture
  • The ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes
