Practice Manager, Cambewell Medical Group

We are looking for an experienced clinic manager to:

– Manage and supervise clinic staff: hiring, training and performance evaluation of admin and nursing staff
– Financial management: oversee budgeting, billing, to ensure clinic operated within its financial means
– Patient care coordination: collaborate with healthcare providers to establish and maintain high standard patient care
– Compliance and Quality assurance: make sure the clinic is running efficiently and provide the best care to our patients
– Resource management: oversee the procurement and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment
– Must have clinic manager experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership ability
