Managing a dementia diagnosis

The number of people living with dementia in the Eastern Melbourne Health Network (EMPHN) region is around 25,000. Finding the right support when you’re living with or caring for someone with dementia can be a challenge. Having local support and information when you need it can make all the difference, and that’s why the Dementia Directory has been developed.

Dementia Directory

EMPHN is helping people access the care they need for dementia through the Dementia Directory — an initiative developed in partnership with Victorian and Tasmanian Primary Health Networks.
