This interactive training presents a framework for working with complex trauma clients, drawing on current research in trauma theory and therapy, attachment, affective neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology.
It explores the importance of a phased approach for complex trauma clients with a primary focus on
Phase 1 Safe and Stabilisation. It provides essential knowledge and tools to enhance practice and possibilities for recovery for complex trauma clients who experience challenges around adaptive coping strategies, arousal, emotional regulation, attachment and safety.
