National Health Education and Training (NHET) it is a nationwide training program for healthcare professionals and their educators.
This is a Monash University developed and certifificated program.


This is a unique opportunity to not only have this course available to general practice primary care staff but also being delivered in a centre of excellence as part of our course collaboration with Alfred Health Simulation Centre and Monash University.

Module S9: Debriefing in simulation Enhance your impact as a simulation educator by refining your debriefing practices in this dynamic module. Building on insights from the NHET-Sim Module C2: Being a Simulation Educator, this course dives deeper into the factors that foster effective debriefing. But effective debriefing isn’t just about techniques, it’s about aligning your approach with your core values as an educator. This module is more than a training session – it’s an opportunity to explore, connect, and grow alongside a community of passionate educators. Discover new strategies to fine your approach and set goals for growth in transformative learning in every simulation session!

Module S10: Developing scenarios Scenarios are the backbone of effective simulation-based education, requiring thoughtful design to align with learning outcomes and maximize impact. This module delves into the art and science of scenario development, offering practical guidance to craft scenarios that truly support learner success. This module explores the core elements of scenario design and their role in achieving the desired education goals. Through collaborative discussions, you’ll explore the factors that enable and constrain scenario creation with a network of peers and exports. Whether you’re designing your first scenario or refining advanced ones, this module equips you with the tools and insights to create engaging, effective simulations that elevate learning outcomes.
