The Monash Victorian Heart Institute together with the Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH) (Australia’s first standalone cardiac hospital) invites General Practitioners to join them as they strengthen local networks to achieve the best outcomes for patients with Heart Failure.

The workshop aims to foster collaborative patient care between cardiologists and general practitioners as well as provide education to improve confidence in initiating appropriate assessments and guideline recommended therapies for patients with Heart Failure.

Attendees will take away practical insights to assist in managent of patients with Heart Failure and an increased understanding of the Heart Failure service at the Victorian Heart Hospital.

Attendance is limited to General Practitioners. IN PERSON ONLY.
