A free introductory online seminar for private sector staff who collect, disclose or hold health information at agencies or health services in Victoria. This two hour seminar will provide an overview of Victorian privacy legislation.

Health Complaints Commissioner staff will go through organisational responsibilities and the Act’s health privacy principles using case studies, group discussions and a Q&A. 

It is recommended that you complete our online Health Records training module prior to this seminar.
