The Future Deadly ACCHOs Program includes 12 × 1-hour webinars designed to help Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) strengthen sustainability, secure diverse funding streams, and build strong, future-ready teams.  The program is delivered across three themed parts, which can be purchased individually or as the full webinar series.

With major Medicare and funding reforms reshaping primary care, many ACCHOs are facing increasing costs, shifting program priorities, and uncertainty around future government funding. This three-webinar series supports ACCHOs to understand these changes, explore opportunities beyond traditional program funding, and develop strategies for long-term sustainability, independence, and strong community-led service delivery.

  • Part 1 – Reform Deadly (3 webinars): Understand the reform landscape, explore funding changes, and create a roadmap for sustainable, community-led care.
  • Part 2 – ACCHO Redesign (6 webinars): Re-imagine culturally safe models of care to strengthen service delivery, workforce capacity, and long-term financial stability.
  • Part 3 – Future Deadly ACCHOs (3 webinars): Strengthen systems, technology, and workforce capability to ensure your organisation remains strong and sustainable into the future.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand and apply current and emerging funding models to strengthen ACCHO revenue
  • Redesign care delivery to enhance efficiency and financial sustainability
  • Build future-ready systems, technology, and workforce capability.

CEOs, managers, clinical leads, and program coordinators focused on strengthening business sustainability and preparing their ACCHO for future reform.
