Join Wendy O’Meara in this insightful webinar series as she shares practical tips and advice on how a general practice can prepare for Accreditation. Each week of the series is tailored to a different audience: week 1 focuses on practice managers, week 2 is dedicated to reception staff, and week 3 highlights the role of practice nurses in the accreditation process. Wendy has worked in the general practice sector for 22 years, with the last 12 years as practice manager in a large regional general practice in Victoria.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand the essential steps and strategies for preparing a general practice for successful accreditation.
  • Gain an understanding of the distinct roles played by practice managers, reception staff, and practice nurses in the accreditation process.
