DESCRIPTION:Date\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVenue\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganiser\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWentWest invites GPs and Allied Health Professionals to complete the IAR-DST online training. \n\n\n\nJoin us for training in the Initial Assessment and Referral (IAR) Decision Support Tool (DST) for Mental Healthcare. \n\n\n\nThe National IAR Guidance and IAR-DST has been developed by the Australian Department of Health\, Disability and Ageing and is being rolled out nationally. \n\n\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\n\n\n\nSummarise the principles underpinning the national approach to stepped care.\n\n\n\nSummarise the IAR development process.\n\n\n\nExplain the use of IAR Guidance in practice settings to generate a recommended level of care.\n\n\n\nList the levels of care in relation to available regional services\n\n\n\nIdentify the principles related to clinical decision making and consumer choice\n\n\n\n\nYou only need to complete one session regardless of the adaptation. Our sessions are in demand\, and we ask that you do not register for more than one session. \n\n\n\nPresenter:\n\n\n\nThe workshop will be facilitated by an experienced IAR Training and Support Officer (TSO) from the National TSO Network. \n\n\n\nAccreditation:RACGP: 1 Educational Activity hour\, 1 Reviewing Performance hour.ACCRM: 1 Educational Activity hour\, 1 Reviewing Performance hour. \n\n\n\nAll CPD hours are to be self-logged. \n\n\n\nPlease note that submitting your RSVP does not automatically register you for this event.
