Medical Receptionist – Maternity Leave Relief
Yarra Valley Clinic is a privately owned GP clinic in Healesville.
The successful applicant will be a skilled receptionist and will exhibit excellent customer service skills, proficient computer skills and have the ability to manage a large volume of telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
Previous experience in a medical practice is preferred.
Knowledge of Best Practice software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing a large volume of telephone calls for appointments and general enquiries
• Scanning, emails and general administrative tasks.

Hours – Monday to Friday, minimum of 32hours per week to be available from 08:30 to 18:15, plus every third Saturday 08:30 to 12:30.
