Receptionist, HealthAbove Medical Clinic

HealthAbove Medical Clinic is seeking a permanent part time or full time receptionist in Nunawading.

This position is available from 30 May 2024.

About them:

• Friendly environment
• Busy mix-billing medical clinic in the fast-growing area, and heart of Nunawading, next to McDonald’s, KFC and Nunawading Home Maker HQ
• Purpose-built and GP owned
• On site pathology and allied health
• Plenty of carparking
• Opening hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm and Sat, 9am to 2pm.
• GP clinic receptionist experience is preferable, otherwise training could be provided.

Requirements:

• Language: Excellent oral and written English skills and a bonus if they could speak Mandarin or Cantonese
• IT skills: Must have great computer skills and be familiar with Best Practice or similar software
• Flexibility and high commitment: Must be flexible in covering shifts (supporting weekend roster, sick leave and annual leave)
• Good character: They would prefer an honest, compassionate, diligent and local worker working for them.
• Exceptional people skills is essential.
