All registered Host Site Mentors will receive a certificate and PEPA Mentor badge on completion of both the module and the workshop and will be invited to join the Host Site Mentor Community of Practice which meets on Teams bimonthly. \n\n\n\nWe look forward to offering more development opportunities for Host Site Mentors as guided by the members of the Community of Practice. \n\n\n\nTopics \n\n\n\n\nCulturally responsive mentoring practices\n\n\n\nCommunication skills\n\n\n\nFeedback skills\n\n\n\nReflective skills\n\n\n\n\nTarget audience: \n\n\n\nPalliative care professionals working in specialist palliative care services at a PEPA/IPEPA Host Site \n\n\n\nFacilitator: \n\n\n\nKerrie Cunningham: Kerrie has been working in palliative care and providing education for over 20 years\, across a variety of settings\, including rural remote Australia and metropolitan Melbourne.
