DESCRIPTION:Date\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVenue\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganiser\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin Our Community of Practice for Palliative Care in General Practice! \n\n\n\nThe Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) is excited to invite passionate general practitioners (GPs) and GPs in training to join our Community of Practice for Palliative Care in General Practice. \n\n\n\nPartnering with the Eastern Metropolitan Region Palliative Care Consortium (EMRPCC) and Eastern Palliative Care\, this initiative aims to elevate best practices and enhance palliative care capabilities within our community. \n\n\n\nOur Community of Practice is designed to: \n\n\n\n\nPromote Best Practices: Share and implement the latest best practices in palliative care.\n\n\n\nBuild Capability and Capacity: Strengthen the community’s ability to provide highquality palliative care.\n\n\n\nEnhance Professional Development: Offer ongoing support and professional growth opportunities for GPs.\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Frequency & Location: \n\n\n\n\nRegular Meetings: One hour every two months\, a combination between online and inperson gatherings.\n\n\n\nMeeting Format: To be tailored based on member feedback during our inaugural meeting.\n\n\n\n\nGet Involved:Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive community focused on improving palliative care.
