This practice-wide quality improvement exercise will enable you to identify potential barriers to vaccine uptake and check your performance against evidence-based benchmarks. \n\n\n\nThere are two pathways for this program\, one for GPs\, and one for Practice staff (including practice managers\, practice nurses and other relevant practice staff).
