DESCRIPTION:Date\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVenue\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganiser\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Nurse Ambassador Program will provide practice nurses with the latest clinical knowledge about the four national cancer screening programs (bowel\, breast\, cervical and lung) and viral hepatitis\, so they can effectively discuss and endorse cancer screening participation and drive cancer screening uptake in their practice.  \n\n\n\nThe program will also focus on how to engage and support underscreened communities in cancer screening and achieve health equity for all Australians.  \n\n\n\nNurses will be recognised as a ‘Nurse Cancer Screening Ambassador’ after completing a series of four online webinars and submitting a reflective practice activity.  \n\n\n\nThe next program will be running March 2026 and will be delivered online via Zoom on the following dates:  \n\n\n\n\nWebinar 1: Thursday 12 March 2026 1:00pm – 3:00pm \n\n\n\nWebinar 2: Tuesday 17 March 2026 1:00pm – 3:00pm \n\n\n\nWebinar 3: Thursday 26 March 2026 1:00pm – 3:00pm \n\n\n\nWebinar 4: Tuesday 31 March 2026 1:00pm – 3:00pm\n\n\n\n\nThis program is FREE and open to all practice nurses in Victoria!  \n\n\n\nIf you’d like any further information\, please contact 1800 111 255 or Certification@cancervic.org.au

DESCRIPTION:Date\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVenue\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganiser\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Hepatitis B Prescriber Forum is a half-day forum designed for hepatitis B s100 prescribers that will cover current and relevant sector priorities and topics. \n\n\n\nWith expert panels and interactive case discussions\, the 2026 Hepatitis B Prescriber Forum is an opportunity to dive deep into emerging areas of hepatitis B treatment and management and discuss the contemporary issues facing hepatitis B clinical care in Australia.  \n\n\n\nCPD & Endorsement:\n\n\n\nHBV s100 prescribers will receive 2 HBV CPD points for attending the Hepatitis B Prescriber Forum.   \n\n\n\nBy submitting and discussing your model of care\, you can receive an additional HBV CPD point\, totalling 3 CPD points to acquire all required CPD points for the year. \n\n\n\nRACGP\n\n\n\nThis course has been approved as a CPD activity by RACGP for the 2026-2028 triennium. Educational Activities: 4 hours. RACGP Activity Number: 397119 \n\n\n\nACCRM\n\n\n\nThis course has been approved by ACRRM as an accredited activity. Allocated total 4 PDP units: 4 Educational Activity. \n\n\n\nACNP\n\n\n\nThis activity is endorsed by the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners (ACNP) for 4 CPD hours.
